This documentary is not another alarming statement about the state of the world, but rather presents the incredible results of several years of joint efforts by experts from all over the world – revolutionary solutions that we are more used to seeing in science fiction films. Rising sea levels caused by global warming are threatening 70% of the world’s population and the solution might be floating cities based on harmonious coexistence with the ocean. Leading representatives of architecture, science and technology present concrete achievements that have already been made in the quest for a blue revolution.
